Junior and Mid-Level Corporate Associates
An AmLaw 50 firm is looking for junior and mid-level corporate associates to join any of its West Coast offices. Candidates must have experience handling M&A transactions (although private equity and/or capital markets experience is a plus) and hands-on experience executing deals.
Mid-level associates must be comfortable running a diligence process, drafting disclosure schedules and primary and ancillary agreements and executing deals from start to finish.
This team works with clients ranging from private to public companies, startups and emerging businesses to international corporations, and they span a diverse range of industries. This law firm offers market compensation.
