Junior EC/VC Corporate Associate
SkyWater is assisting a Vault 10 firm with its search for a Junior Corporate Associate to join its San Francisco office. Other CA offices may be considered.
Applicants must have experience advising emerging companies and venture capital investors, companies involved in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, fund sponsors on the formation and maintenance of private investment funds, and institutional investors related to their investments in private investment funds.
Candidates must be barred in CA or able to take the bar exam this year.
