Labor and Employment Associate
SkyWater Search Partner is assisting an AmLaw 100 firm with its search for a labor and employment associate to join the team in Century City.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience representing employers in employment law matters involving both litigation and advice and counseling with two of those years specific to California. A strong background in discrimination, retaliation and harassment law and wrongful discharge actions is a requirement for this position, as well as familiarity with wage and hour law and class action experience.
