Labor & Employment Associate – Los Angeles
SkyWater Search has partnered with an AmLaw 100 firm on its search for a Labor & Employment associate to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-6 years of experience working on both single plaintiff and class action labor and employment matters
- Strong litigation skills, including writing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation
- Counseling experience
- JD from top tier law school is required
