Lead Business Automation Engineer
Our client is is in the Financial space with 700+ employees & headquarter in Iowa City with offices multiple different states.
This person will be working along side the Business Automation Manager & Process Automation Specialist to collaborate business processes & design technical solutions using various tool sets. This person must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications & have experience with RPA tools and other automation applications.
Responsibilities
- Work with the business automation manager & process automation specialist. Provide backup & support.
- Collaborate with business managers to assess business processes & identify opportunities for process automation to reduce operational risk.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Automation
- Experience with RPA
- Understanding of workflow systems, Hyland OnBase or Fiserve.
- Project management preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications.
