Litigation Associate
SkyWater Search has partnered with a reputable Boston law firm in its search for a litigation associate with 4+ years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in construction and commercial disputes. This person will be conducting research and drafting and preparing pleadings, motions and other litigation documents, as well as collecting evidence, managing all phases of discovery including e-discovery, working with experts, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, arbitrations, mediations and trials. This is a hybrid position.
