Manager FP&A
We are working with a $120M PE backed manufacturing company looking for a sharp Manager of FP&A (mini-CFO) to join a fast growing business.
This will be the right hand to a sharp CFO who you will “divide and conquer” building out the finance function with. The company has a rich history of over 100 years with a brand new leadership team focused on profitability, manageable growth and keeping things in tact while providing better partnerships to the business from a finance lens.
We are looking for sharp SFA’s or light Managers with fire in their belly who want a mentor that values developing talent as the CFO has been affording the opportunity to work for exceptional leaders throughout his career who gave him opportunities to advance his career and looking to “pay it forward” to someone looking for the same.
This role will focus on building out an FP&A function, strong cost analysis and general controllership understanding that will also get exposure to Treasury and some M&A activity — perfect for someone looking for a CFO track.
You’ll partner closely with all parts of the business which requires travel – 40-50% for the first 3-6 months as you build relationships cross functionally and then 20-25% thereafter.
