National Sales Representative – K-12

Our client is a leading software technology company that partners with Midwest and national school districts to better the education experience. They're seeking to add a National Sales Representative to their sales team. This individual will lead the Minnesota, Midwest and Eastern territories. They will be responsible for selling specific curriculums along with their IT solutions into the K-12 sector. They're the #1 provider in this space and continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Territory management and outside sales
  • Client relations
  • Ability to travel across the nation selling
  • Maintain and up-sell current clients
  • Project management, operations and implementation experience is preferred

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of software or IT sales experience is required
  • Education background is highly preferred
  • 4 year degree is required
  • Knowledge of school districts or experience working with the state is highly desired
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
