SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a 50+ year-old, family-owned construction supply leader with 12 branches across WI and MN. Due to explosive growth, they seek a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to own a territory covering the St, Cloud metro, driving new customer acquisition and revenue expansion.
This field-based hunter role offers uncapped career growth. The company provides a robust training program to help build your book of business, master consultative selling, and advance in a promote-from-within culture where top performers earn lifetime tenure and leadership opportunities.
This is a pivotal role suited for someone excited to grow their sales career, develop territories, and engage clients. The role will be compensated with base salary + double-digit commission rates (doubled for first 2 years).

* Compensation range $60,000 – $110,000 *

 

Responsibilities

Plan & Execute daily sales plans Manage full-cycle sales: prospect, quote, negotiate, close, and deliver using company vehicle Conduct vendor ride-alongs and online demos Collaborate with inside sales, shop, and drivers for seamless customer experience Maintain CRM pipeline with real-time notes and activity tracking

Desired Skills and Experience

Proven B2B outside sales success (construction, rental, industrial supply preferred) with quota overachievement Salesforce or CRM proficiency; strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills Valid driver's license
