PHP Lead Developer
We are partnering with a family owned, multi dimensional printing organization with a HQ in Minneapolis. This organization helps their clients bring beautiful customized print & marketing products in order to fulfill objectives across their entire channels of customer networks.
They are looking to bring in a PHP Lead Developer that will help design a road map for future business, leading a small team, & assisting junior develops on exciting projects. You will also play a key role in helping them go into more modern tech. If you are an individual who would love to lead a team OR someone who has been leading & looking for an exciting new role, this one is for you.
This organization has a great work life balance & gives you the freedom to work at home & has a great flexible PTO.
Must be local in Minnesota & willing to be onside 2x week. No sponsorships available.
Responsibilities
- Building road map- leading- elevate junior developers & assisting on projects - Help lead the organization into more modern tech - Lead development of new applications & software systems - Partner with internal teams to assist on designing systems
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4+ years experience is a must - Experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, mySQL, MSSQL - Bonus if you have Bash & SOAP experience - Bachelors degree strongly preferred - Familiar with Linux & windows operating systems - Great leadership & communication skills
