Principal Software Engineer

This company has been around for several years as they continue to develop cutting edge software, firmware and hardware that is changing the lives of thousands of customers. We are targeting a senior level technical contributor to also be the product lead and coach for the software department at this organization
To be a fit, we are looking for a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineers and 10+ years of professional experience. We are also looking for a strong background in the Microsoft stack of technologies (C#.NET, Azure) and ideally coming from a medical device background.
As a small organization, we need someone willing to get their hands dirty and is able to communicate with senior leaders and outside vendors.
This is a salaried position complete with benefits, bonus, and equity. Must be local to MN, and cannot require sponsorship.
