We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency, and leading a team of production employees.

Responsibilities 

• Supervise and coordinate all activities within the production department to meet production goals and customer requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production employees, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety guidelines and regulations within the production facility.
• Maintain accurate production records, including quality control and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering, Quality Control, and Maintenance, to resolve issues and improve production processes.
• Implement and continuously improve production procedures and best practices.
• Identify and address any issues that may affect production, quality, or safety and take proactive measures to resolve them.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary materials and supplies for production.
• Participate in performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide employees.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
