Project Accountant
SkyWater is partnering with a local construction company on a Project Accountant position. If you are someone who enjoys partnering with project managers on a variety of projects and having visibility to executive leadership, this might be a great fit! You’ll have the chance to oversee projects from start to finish and work closely with the CFO in this role. Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting: Execute monthly G/L reconciliations and analysis Support G/L audit team 2. Project Accounting: Prepare and attend all new project start strong meetings with the entire project team. Set up new projects within Sage 300 for tracking and success. Set up compliance management tracking. Prepare monthly construction project billings in accordance with the contract terms. Review and approve job costs within the electronic workflow and imaging system. Prepare monthly financial analysis and forecasts for construction projects. Work closely with the project team, including Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Superintendent. Be responsible for timely cash flow for each assigned construction project. Finalize the construction project billing. Proactively ensure all closeout documents are provided for the customer and financial partners.
