Project Manager
SkyWater is partnering with an existing client in Minneapolis to find a Project Manager for their team! This person will be responsible for managing projects throughout their lifecycles while working directly with customers on these projects. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager coming from a technical engineering background who has experience with capital equipment projects. Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients on projects and maintain communication with them.
- Partner with internal engineering teams throughout project lifecycle (design tweaks, manufacturing products, etc.).
- Manage project timelines & budgets and update clients on any changes.
- Oversee multiple projects (typically around 15 at a time).
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience managing similar projects (preferably capital equipment).
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Experience working with SolidWorks preferred.
