Regional Sales Manager
Our client is a 50+ year old global provider of integrated hardware and software solutions into the manufacturing space. Headquartered here in the Twin Cities, they have over 1,200 established clients and trusted relationships with top Fortune 100 manufacturing companies. Primarily focused on quality processes, our client has now developed a new platform and division focused on production processes that will be their growth engine for years to come. This individual will need to have solid sales/consulting experience calling into the manufacturing space, and proven ability to close large enterprise deals. Technical sales support, as well introduction into existing clients from the quality process team, will aid this individual in closing business within this new division. The position comes with highly competitive base salary, uncapped commission and great benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Consultative selling of SaaS products into existing and new clients
- Ability to travel 25%
- Coordinate meetings with quality division and sales engineers to close business
- Communicate value proposition to C-level execs as well as plant and operations managers
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of SaaS sales/consulting
- Enterprise account experience especially with manufacturing companies
- Sales program training preferred
- Proven record of carrying and obtaining large sales quotas
