Regional Sales Manager
SkyWater is partnering with a local custom manufacturing company here in MN. They design and manufacture custom fluid power solutions to customers throughout the Midwest.
They are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow existing business in Northern Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. The position is remote, requiring travel to visit customers within the territory. Experience selling within fluid power or automotive industries is highly desirable, and a technical sales background or engineering degree is a plus!
- Territory management within MN, WI, and ND
- Strategic planning and execution to grow sales and customer base
- Coordination of quotation process
- Sales planning and forecasting
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2-4+ years of sales experience in a manufacturing setting
- Engineering degree highly desirable
- Experience with valves, manifolds, or hydraulic systems preferred
- Interpersonal and communication skills
