Regional Technical Support
SkyWater has partnered with a National Law Firm to expand their support operations team to assist with several ongoing office openings, moves, upgrades, and provide user support with hardware and software.
We are looking for candidates who reside in the Phoenix area and are comfortable working in a hybrid office environment (3 days on-site per week). This job includes travel (~20%) to offices out-of-state and offers great benefits and opportunities for overtime.
This position will provide technical support on networking, Microsoft applications, printers/copiers, mobile devices, and more. Experience working in a professional setting with end-users is required.
Technology Stack: Microsoft 365, iOS, Networking
Desired Skills and Experience
4-year technical degree and 2+ years experience as a System Administrator, Help Desk Support Analyst, or Desktop Support. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
