Remote Senior Legal Counsel
SkyWater Search has partnered with a publicly traded technolgy company in its search for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team.
This person will advise on data security, IP, licensing, litigation, M&A, and real estate, and will be responsible for the preparation, review and negotiation of commercial and government contracts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with sales teams and handling complex technology contracts including SaaS agreements, MSAs, Consulting Agreements, Software License Agreements and more. Experience with government contracting is also highly preferred. A JD is required. This person can be 100% remote.
