Sales Account Executive- Remote
SkyWater is excited to partner with a global, digital engagement services company based in California. This reputable organization specializes in digital engagement from customer service to social and forum moderation and quality assurance. With more than 10,000 colleagues and customers in over 70 countries, it’s no wonder the world’s most heavy hitting logos partner with this fast-growing organization. Notable accounts include NFL, EA Sports, National Geographic, and many more. SkyWater is partnering with the VP of Sales to identify a remote-based Account Manager to expand sales on a national level.
The Account Manager is tasked with calling on existing clients to provide their managed digital engagement services. The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience in consultative selling to named accounts, strong understanding of utilizing social media platforms as a selling tool, as well as an understanding of community management and customer support. The role offers a strong base compensation, uncapped commissions, and full benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Assume lead role in managing sales opportunities and customer negotiations in your region
- Utilize channel relationships to expand accounts
- Serve as a trusted business consultant to senior decision makers
- Assist marketing team to best target regional prospects
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years consultative sales experience
- University degree in business, marketing, or technology
- Strong cost modeling is a must
- Knowledge of social and messaging platforms and their role in engaging today’s digital customer
- Ability to close, manage, and grow multiple accounts
- Strong data-driven solution sales approach
