SkyWater is excited to partner with a privately held, Midwest-based company with approximately $50 million in annual sales and Fortune 100 clients. With deep roots in the aviation space, this company provides custom solutions to commercial airlines, charter operators, flight schools, aviation manufacturers, and government regulators alike. The company has grown exponentially in the last few years and is looking to add a National Sales Manager to join their fully remote team.

The position is designed to be a supporting role working closely with the sales team to ensure a productive and efficient relationship exists with each client.  In addition, this position has elements of scheduling travel, data entry, and managing the Account Receivables process for the team.

This is a pivotal role that will be accomplished by someone who is ambitious, possess great people skills, and has a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate has a background in client management, knowledge of travel systems, and a general understanding of reading financial documents.

The position comes with an above-market base salary, commissions, and an incredible company culture. A passion for all things aviation is a plus!

** Fully Remote- Candidate must be based in United States **


  • Assist new and existing clients as it pertains to questions regarding invoicing & payment reports
  • Research and schedule air + hotel reservations to ensure a seamless experience for travelers
  • Work directly with Independent Contractor agreements
  • Manage Accounts Receivable process
  • Update CRM with appropriate documentation to stay organized with all client communication

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of executive/sales administrative responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or another related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management is a must
  • SalesForce and QuickBooks experience is preferred
