Sales Director – Digital Security (Strategic Accounts, Remote)
SkyWater is excited to partner with a global, $1B organization that provides leading-edge digital security and credential issuance solutions. They are seeking to add a Sales Director to their growing digital security sales team. This reputable organization’s technology ensures data protection for industry sectors that include financial institutions, healthcare, government, enterprise, education, and retail. With a network of global partners and customers in over 150 countries, it’s no wonder the world’s most respected companies partner with this fast-growing organization.
The Sales Director will be responsible for building out a national team and the management of the team. This team will be tasked with successfully developing relationships with named accounts to drive business forward, as well as uncover and develop new business. The ideal candidate will have vast knowledge of the IT/Data Security market space, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of developing and managing a national sales force. This individual will partner closely with the executive leadership team to establish strategic goals.
- Develop and lead a team of 3-8 Sales Executives
- Establish strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with leadership
- Identify new areas of opportunity in the market
- Ability to travel when needed, up to 50%
Desired Skills and Experience
- 8-10 years of B2B sales experience with strategic accounts
- 3-5 years of sales leadership experience is required
- Successful track record of building pipeline in greenfield markets and executing against net new growth plan
- Excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers, partners, and colleagues
- Sales experience in Hardware, Software, aaS, and Cloud
