Sales Engineering Manager
SkyWater Search Partners is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager for a local client of ours in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul metro.
Our client is a well established, industry leading manufacturing company that is looking to add a full-time Sales Engineer. This individual will focus on overseeing technical projects, estimating and quoting, communicating with customers, providing application and engineering support, managing a team of reports, and supporting other team goals.

- Engineering degree required
- Technical background within custom manufacturing or other industrial environment
- Passion for achieving goals and providing customer support
- Excellent communication skills
- Management experience preferred, but not required
