My client is a fast-growing data storage and security company based out of Chicago. They sell colocation, network, disaster recovery, and managed services into a variety of industries.

They are looking for a Sales Executive to hunt new business in the Chicago market. This individual will be traveling to meet customers in a local capacity, developing and chasing leads. The ideal candidate has experience in IT services, data, or software.

This is a pivotal role for a hunter personality – someone excited to bring in new business, develop territories, and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage contemporary selling strategies to identify and acquire new business
  • Address customer needs by aligning value-based solutions within the customer’s objectives
  • Travel for the purpose of driving new business, consulting on company solutions, and meeting customer needs
  • Develop and maintain log-term relationships
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2-4+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in IT services, data, or software
  • Sales presentation skills
  • Hunter mentality
