Sales Manager
Our client is an established custom rubber molding company with a strong national presence. They offer strategic partnerships with their clients with their custom capabilities and creative solutions. This position will be tasked with being the leader of their sales team and the face of the organization. They will sit on the executive board of the organization and look to foster and grow existing relationships as well as new relationships with strategic accounts as well as work to build their independent rep network. This is a strong player/coach role for somebody that is looking to take the next step in their industrial sales career
Responsibilities
-Work with existing clients as well as target new business -Train and grow distributor network -Mentor and coach existing sales team -Work with executive team to grow sales
Desired Skills and Experience
-4+ years of rubber or plastics sales experience -Outside sales experience especially within custom manufacturing preferred -Working within distribution network a plus -Sales process implementation preferred
