Sales Manager
SkyWater is partnering with a leading direct-to-consumer collector platform to identify their next Sales Manager. Located in Eagan, this 40-year old company cherishes creativity as the driving force behind innovation and progress. This position is open due to rapid growth and is a pivotal member of the sales leadership team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the sales manager is responsible for mentoring and leading a top-notch sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals. The Sales Manager will set individual sales goals, analyze performance data, track and analyze sales statistics, and generate monthly sales reports.
*This position is a HYBRID role with 3 days per week in the Eagan office*
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years Sales Management experience
- B2C Sales experience REQUIRED
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage high performing teams and lead them to success
- Strong engagement and excellent communication skills
