This is best described as a “CFO-incubator” as it will provide the building blocks for future leadership and professional growth in a newly created FLDP program. Due to the growth of the company, this person can expect rapid professional growth and that ability to see and do a variety of things within the business.
Ideal backgrounds have public accounting exposure and their CPA.
