Senior Analyst, Capital Markets (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a premier publicly-traded REIT that owns a high-quality diversified portfolio with over $30B AUM. They’ve been recognized with countless awards and have one of the best performing CEOs in the world.
This is both a strategic and operational role that will support the entire financing process and strategic initiatives. You’ll work in a dynamic environment and collaborate cross-functionally with high exposure to senior leadership and the C-Suite.
This is a hybrid position and will be required to be onsite 3 days a week.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Accounting
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience - preferably FLDP or transactions experience
- Strong analytical skills
