SkyWater Search Partners is assisting an AmLaw firm in Denver with its search for a senior corporate associate to join the team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling middle market M&A and private equity transactions. This person will have the opportunity to work across numerous verticals including consumer products, health care, gaming and hospitality. BigLaw experience is highly preferred.
