Senior Corporate Counsel
SkyWater is excited to partner with a large, global organization that provides data protection for numerous industry sectors. This reputable and growing organization is looking to add a Corporate Counsel to its legal team.
The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated technology agreements, including hardware, software, and cloud services. Experience working on US and Canadian government contracts (federal, state/provincial, local) is ideal. Prior in-house experience working with sales teams is highly preferred. This is a hybrid position.
