Senior Corporate Counsel
SkyWater Search has partnered with a financial services company to find a Senior Corporate Counsel in Minneapolis. This person will report to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team. Ideally, this person will be in the office most days of the week.

Responsibilities
- Draft and advise on complex commercial agreements - Advise on substantive commercial matters, mergers, acquisitions, and compliance issues - Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures - Monitor legislative changes in a heavily regulated industry - Assist with litigation as needed
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a practicing attorney - Broad knowledge of corporate law, litigation, employment law etc. - M&A experience is highly preferred as this organization is acquisitive - Experienced with distressed assets is ideal - Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic mind - In-house experience is preferred - JD required
