Senior Financial Analyst
I am partnering with a growing manufacturing company that is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst onto their team. This is a newly created position and will be reporting to the Finance Manager and responsible for working with several manufacturing facilities to help identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance their reporting capabilities. This role will be heavily involved in forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Partner with plant leaders to identify cost saving initiatives and enhance their reporting capabilities
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities at plants
- Analyze product costs
- Partner the month end close process
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by management
Desired Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience, with ideally 4+ years in a manufacturing setting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exposure to PowerBI
