Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Blaine MN
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Blaine that’s looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. This isn’t a “report builder” type role, my client is looking for someone who can dig in, analyze what’s driving results, and help leadership make better, faster decisions.
You’ll work closely with leaders across the organization. It’s a highly visible position with ownership of FP&A functions.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the budget and forecast process
- Review monthly results and help explain the story behind the numbers
- Work closely with Operations to dig into cost drivers, margins, and how production performance ties back to financial results.
- Build and evaluate business cases for new equipment, automation, and capital projects
- Support leadership with data to provide better strategic decisions
- Process improvement projects - using tools like r Power BI to automate reports
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of finance analytical experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
