Senior Financial Analyst- Hybrid
We are excited to be partnering with a local, PE backed technology supplier to help them find a Senior Financial Analyst. This is an exciting time for our client as they are experiencing rapid growth- over 10 acquisitions within the last few years! Our client loves to mentor their people, so someone who has independently motivated and naturally curious will thrive in this role.
This highly analytical role offers a ton of exposure into visualizations, reporting, and much more. The ideal candidate for this role will have a love for the small details, ability to build strong relationships, and have an innate inquisitiveness to follow the data to the right answer.

Responsibilities
- Analyzes group and individual company financial information, including gross profit margins, operating costs, and working capital.
- Review and understand upcoming projects (backlog) and pipeline at individual companies to ensure they’re being reported correctly.
- Analyzes variances from budget and prior periods, discusses results with stakeholders.
- Assists in applying Revenue Recognition standards.
- Generates analytical information, visualizations and reports explaining financial and operational results and trends for individual companies and as a group.
- Understand cash movement including payment terms and conditions.
- Forecasts cash usage for lenders and senior leaders.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-4 years of related experience working with accounting & financial data
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
