Senior FP&A Analyst
Location: Coon Rapids
Hybrid 3x onsite/week
Salary up to 140,000
We are partnering with a fast growing manufacturing company that is looking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst onto their team. This is a newly created role and will be responsible for partnering with the different business units to provide forecasting and budgeting support, and assist with the overall business strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances
- Partner with business and operations leaders to develop KPIs and performance dashboards
- Perform cost and margin analysis to support pricing, product, and operational decisions
- Support financial modeling for capital investments and strategic initiatives
- Assist with board reporting
- Continuously improve reporting tools and streamline planning processes
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, everchanging environment
