Senior Payroll Administrator
SkyWater Search Partners has been engaged with a local, mid-size automation machinery manufacturer. This client has been in business for over 75 years and have been experiencing steady growth over the last few years.
Due to a retirement, they are looking for their next Senior Payroll Administrator to handle their bi-weekly payroll processing for 800 employees over 40 states.
The role will report into the Controller and will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule once fully trained.
Responsibilities
- Payroll processing
- Onboard new employees
- Ensure compliance
- Audit timecards and tax filings
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of payroll processing experience
- CPP preferred
- ADP experience preferred
