Senior Sales Associate
Our product-focused client is revolutionizing the way we look at insurance. A Minneapolis-based start-up company looking to incorporate cutting edge technology into the insurance industry. If you have interest in being in on the ground level with a company, then this may be a position for you.
We have partnered with this organization to identify a strong sales associate to help launch and grow their business. This position defies traditional insurance sales. Our client is looking for someone with proficiency in the full sales cycle, while also being able to develop sales strategies that will incorporate their new platform as it launches. This will be a high paced environment working alongside forward thinking individuals who are taking a new approach to the age old industry of insurance.
The right candidate will be assisted in obtaining the correct insurance licensing if they do not currently hold any as this is a must for the position. This person should also be tech savvy and get excited about a futuristic approach to life insurance! Position comes with a great compensation package (base, commission, benefits) and is completely remote (they do have an office in Downtown MPLS). You do not need to live in Minnesota to apply to this role.
Responsibilities
- Promote the brand to customers who need insurance
- Utilize social media outlets/digital media to engage with prospective customers and grow network
- Educate customers on life insurance and make recommendations based on their needs
- Manage pipeline of leads to generate revenue for the company
Desired Skills and Experience
- A valid state-issued life insurance license
- Proven sales skills to meet sales goals, increase customer base and cross-sell related insurance packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for Health and Wellness
- Proven track record of success selling life insurance
