Senior Tax Associate
We are partnered with a leading Chicago financial services firm to add to their management company tax department. This reports to a high EQ leader and is a newly created position due to growth and will be a key part of growing/scaling their team.
This individual will work on tax compliance, partnership tax, incentive compensation, allocations, and carried interest calculations, as well as have a strategic seat at the table for the group/business to improve processes.
HYBRID (2-3 days week) in a gorgeous downtown office and a flexible, no-micromanaging leader who is keen to mentor and grow this individual through the business.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in public accoutning tax with financial services clients, or someone who has tax exeprience at a private equity paltform/hedge fund/asset management firm.
