Software Implementation Consultant
Our SaaS-based client in St. Paul operates in the manufacturing space and we have partnered with them to find their next Software Implementation Consultant. This is a direct-hire position, and any qualified candidate must be local to the Twin Cities, MN.
To be a fit, we are looking for someone with great communication skills, a strong problem solver, and someone that brings a technical background to the table (SQL Server specifically). This person will be both internal and customer facing focused on implementations & integrations of their flagship software product.
The VP calls their culture “laid back, but driven,” they are flexible as far as work/life balance and know that employees have lives outside of the office. There tends to be minimal handholding once a person is trained, unless the work load becomes too much – in which case there is a great team to to help out. Travel will also be a part of this position, anywhere from 1-2x per month both locally, and outside of Minnesota.
This position includes a base salary, discretionary bonus, health benefits and a 401K program with a company match.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 4 year degree
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Great communication skills and time management skills
- Familiarity with SQL (tables, queries, reporting, etc)
- Local to the Twin Cities; open to travel 25-50%
