Our SaaS-based client in St. Paul operates in the manufacturing space and we have partnered with them to find their next Software Support Developer. This is a direct-hire position, and any qualified candidate must be local to the Twin Cities, MN.

To be a fit, we are looking for someone with great communication skills, a strong problem solver, and someone that brings a technical background to the table (SQL Server specifically). This person will be customer facing but not ‘help desk’ – really more focused on implementations & integrations for their customers. Customers of their's range from $10 million in revenue all the way up to a billion+.

The VP calls their culture “laid back, but driven,” they are flexible as far as work/life balance and know that employees have lives outside of the office.There tends to be minimal hand holding unless the work load becomes too much – in which case there is a great team to to help out.

This position includes a base salary, discretionary bonus, health benefits and a 401K program with a company match.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4 year technical degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Above average communication skills
  • Professional experience with SQL (tables, queries, reporting, etc)
