SR Business Development Manager
Our client has been one of the top players in the commercial real estate space for the past 20 years. They provide state of the art and highly sought after corporate office spaces across the metro area. Their wide breadth of offerings including project management, strategic planning, finance, and relocation management, allow them to be consultants when it comes to business issues and opportunities within commercial real estate.
This senior level individual contributor role will be responsible for developing relationships with C-Suite execs of mid-market and larger corporate companies with a focus on the Twin Cities market. The right candidate will share our client’s passion for involvement with a variety of professional and civic organizations to aid in support of meaningful growth within the community. They compensate well through base salary and competitive commissions with high upside earning potential. If you have a desire to work in the commercial real estate business, this could a senior level position for you!
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with C-Suite execs
- Leverage existing network of Twin Cities based companies worked with in previous roles as potential clients
- Take a visible leadership role in relevant conferences, meetings, and events that are frequented by ideal clients
- Research the needs of targeted companies and connect with correct decision makers
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working with C-level execs
- Healthcare and manufacturing industry experience a plus, especially in Twin Cities market
- 5+ years of selling and or business consulting experience
- Knowledge of typical commercial real estate solutions preferred
- Strong networking and client visit skills preferred
