Sr. Compliance Engineer
We’re excited to be partnering with a new client located in the Minneapolis area to help them find their next Sr. Compliance Engineer. This company has been doubling their growth for the past 3 years and they have a very exciting pipeline for 2023. They have a company culture like no other and are continuing to lead their space. This is a brand new position to the organization and this will be a very strategic hire as they have an aggressive pipeline for the years to come.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all equipment is compliant with all regulations and standards
- Design new systems and handle own projects
- Technical Writing and ensuring that all products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the appropriate requirements.
- Conduct internal assessments and assist with regulatory inspections
- Work cross-functionally with other internal departments on projects.
- Other duties or responsibilities as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related
- 5+ years of experience in a Compliance or Quality Engineering role
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, problem solve & make independent decisions on projects.
