Sr. HR Manager – Employee Engagement

Our client is a leading manufacturing company that serves various building and construction markets internationally. They partner with some of the most reputable residential and commercial builders in the industry to provide high quality products and services. They're seeking to add a Senior Manager to the Human Resources team that will work closely with the HR Business Partners along with the leadership team to enhance the employee experience and embrace the company mission. This position will compensate well through competitive base salary, bonus, benefits and 401k. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop employee engagement and business strategies
  • Designs and develops talent and leadership development initiatives
  • Improve company collaboration and uniformity
  • Conduct surveys and put together action plans based on the survey
  • Ability to work well with employees of all levels

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with employee engagement, organizational development, learning and development and change management is required
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field is highly preferred
  • Experience developing employee programs and implementing them across all disciplines in the organization
  • Talent management and talent development strategies
