Sr. Human Resources Business Partner
SkyWater Search Partners has been engaged by a local, reputable leader in broadcasting and media. The client is looking to expand their HR team by adding a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to their team. This Sr. HRBP will be responsible for partnering with leadership on business and enterprise-wide strategies to help the organization meet their short- and long-term goals. This role will have significant hybrid flexibility with some onsite presence in St. Paul, MN.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the COE they support
- Partner on the employee lifecycle - talent acquisition, management and succession planning
- Support complex organizational initiatives
- Change Management champion
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years progressive HR experience
- Experience supporting leaders in a shared services model
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing responsibilities
- Non-profit experience
- Union knowledge preferred
