Staff Accountant
$400M PE backed company located in the West Suburbs of Chicago who is one of the fastest growing and largest platforms in their space. They are heavily investing in talent and infrastructure with management committed to go through an IPO within the next 36 months so looking for those who like a fast-paced environments. Acquiring 10-15 companies monthly and building out their Controllership function, they have a need to add a Staff Accountant to come in and take charge of the cash reconciliation, and day to day general accounting documents, reporting’s, and statements.
Responsibilities
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience including substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines
- An analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
