Strategic Sales Manager
SkyWater is excited to be partnering with an award winning, solutions-based Architectural firm on a Strategic Sales Manager position.
Our client is focused on custom and contextual metal work for the interior & exterior of commercial buildings. They have worked on many well-known projects such as US Bank Stadium, REI Headquarters, Chase Stadium, etc and pride themselves on having some of the best quality products in the industry.
They are looking for a strategic sales manager who will be responsible for the oversight of customer relationships, sales team coordination and development of new sales channels. This person will have the opportunity to oversee a small team (with the intent to help grow this team in the future) and incorporate lasting sales strategies for their sales department, while also identifying potential new customers. This person will report to the GM / Owner of the company.

- Responsible for developing sales strategies and driving efficiency of existing sales channels
- Identifying new potential customers in target markets
- Develop and maintain sales rep reporting process and execute sales strategy and goals
- Help build and structure sales department
Desired Skills and Experience
- Highly skilled at sales and business operations
- Background and experience in the building products, construction or architecture
- Background and experience in exterior or other building products
- Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to interact with a diverse group from developers, product owners to subject matter experts
