Talent Acquisition Manager
SkyWater Search Partners is engaged on a Talent Acquisition Manager in the Southwest metro for a full-service construction company. The company is MN-based with regional offices and projects across the United States, primarily in the central region. Their Human Resources department is adding a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to support their growth and recruiting strategies. This role will report directly to the Human Resources Director and work primarily on-site with flexibility as needed. This TA professional will build out recruiting strategies and processes with the opportunity to build out the TA function in its entirety.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in full-life cycle recruiting
- Passion around TA and recruitment
- Ability to build awareness for the organization
- Past experience or exposure to the construction, or similar field
