Talent Acquisition Specialist

SkyWater Search Partners is working with a leading, local manufacturing company.  This growing company is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team who will be responsible for the sourcing, recruiting, processing of new talent to the organization. This role reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.  

This role has the ability to have a flexible hybrid model, allowing remote work up to 3 days per week.


  • Source, recruit and pipeline candidates for current and future openings
  • Build strong and effective relationships with all members of the organization
  • Create and implement necessary talent acquisitions strategies, including, sourcing, recruiting, succession planning, and hiring-manager coaching
  • Provide individuals with a favorable and outstanding candidate experience
  • Attend job fairs and networking events as needed


  • 3-5 years of Human Resources/Recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles
  • Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Preferred experience with ADP Service Now
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
