Tax Manager
I’m excited to be partnering with one of my favorite PE companies to add a Tax Manager (newly created role!) to their team!
I need someone who is excited about building the tax foundation from the ground up! After a recent shift in ownership structure, a ton of tax implications have popped up!
My must have’s –
• Partnership tax experience
• Private equity fund tax experience highly preferred
• Intellectual curiosity – wanting to understand the why

Responsibilities
- Own timeline execution and filing of all relevant tax returns, tax filings, withholding requirements, extensions, tax compliance, etc.
- Maintain investment and investor book to tax reconciliations on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Partner with Controller to create quarterly tax reporting packages.
- Drive management company tax estimates and partner planning.
- Drive compliance with foreign investor tax requirements.
- Coordinate with portfolio company/ deals team on new acquisition structures and exit transaction steps.
- Provide external tax providers with accounting data for tax returns
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 4+ years of progressive tax experience in a fast-paced environment
- Public accounting and/ or CPA highly preferred
- Partnership experience is a must
- Private equity fund tax experience highly preferred
