Technical Sales Engineer
SkyWater is partnering with an upcoming name in the Twin Cities tech scene. With the increase of digital transformation across industries they were very busy in 2020. They’re looking to add a trusted advisor to their Pre-Sales team. This individual will be a subject matter expert in guiding clients down a safe and secure digital journey. This technical advisor will not only be a liaison to key customers and partners but also support internal teams across functions of the enterprise throughout the entirety of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of technical aptitude with prior experience in SaaS and cloud infrastructures, in addition to knowledge of supporting these modern infrastructures. Most importantly, this is a company that puts culture above all else, which is very transparent in their hiring process.
- Coordinate with the technical support team, product team, partner team and the sales team to meet & exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Create and deliver exceptional and in-depth solution presentations and demonstrations to key partners and potential clients
- Work directly with key partners to support their technical needs; POCs, implementation, requirements, etc.
- Document and convey feedback (product issues, feature requests, technical requirements, etc.) with internal teams
- Respond to incoming technical requests from customers and partners to educate and influence key decision-makers
Desired Skills and Experience
· 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role · Self-motivated, and a self-starter that needs little to no guidance · Local to the Twin Cities area · Experience EPM and other monitoring tools *BONUS* · Knowledge of network architecture and other programming and scripting languages *BONUS* · Proficiency with LAMP stack *BONUS*
