Technical Sales Representative

The Technical Field Sales Representative will be responsible for exceeding sales goals by generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of success in sales with engineered solutions, and a passion for bringing value to customers.
 

Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations, and solutions for products and services to meet customer needs
  • Work with engineering and technical staff to clarify customer needs and develop specifications
  • Research local markets and competition to identify sales opportunities and threats
  • Oversee delivery, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Results-oriented sales professional with a minimum of 1+ years in B2B sales
  • Background in waste water or custom engineered solutions a plus
  • Working knowledge and understanding of industrial products including hydraulic and mechanical knowledge of HPUs, system design and testing, pumps, as well as industrial control systems
  • Salesforce or Hubspot CRM experience preferred
